John (Ian) Stalker, B.Sc.
CEO and Director

Mr. Stalker is the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He has over thirty years of development and operational mining experience in Europe, Africa and Australia. He has worked his way up from operational roles in the base and precious metals arenas to executive positions in some of the largest mining companies in the world.

Mr. Stalker was CEO of Berkeley Resources Ltd., an Australian and London listed public company with its main asset, a uranium development project, in Spain. He was CEO of UraMin Inc. ("UraMin"), a London and Toronto listed public company until its acquisition by Areva in August 2007 for US$2.5 billion. Prior to joining UraMin, Mr. Stalker was a Vice President of Gold Fields Ltd., the fourth largest gold producer in the world at the time.



Joanne Yan
President and Director

Joanne Yan is President and a Director of the Company. Formerly, she was the Managing Director of Golden China Resources Corp. and Vice President and one of the founding directors of Apac Minerals Inc.

Joanne has 15 years experience in managing venture companies and has played a significant role in the corporate financing and business development strategies between several North American and Chinese companies. She has also been a senior corporate executive with a number of publicly traded companies in Canada.



Jonathan Ronkai, CA, CFP
CFO

Mr. Ronkai is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company and is a Chartered Accountant (CA) with extensive experience in capital markets and financial reporting. He spent several years in the assurance and advisory practice at KPMG LLP, working across a wide range of industry areas including financial institutions, asset management, private equity and real estate. Prior to that, he had 10 years experience in the Canadian broker/dealer industry. Mr. Ronkai holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Guelph and studied accounting and finance at the University of British Columbia prior to obtaining his CA designation.



Garnet Dawson, M.Sc., P.Geo.
Vice President, Exploration

Garnet Dawson is Vice-President, Exploration of the Company and is a registered Professional Geologist (APEGBC) with 28 years of domestic and international exploration experience. He was the former Vice-President, Exploration of EuroZinc Mining Corporation before it merged with Lundin Mining in 2006. Prior to joining EuroZinc, he consulted internationally and held a number of positions with Battle Mountain Canada Inc., British Columbia Geological Survey and Esso Minerals Canada Ltd. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Geology from the University of Manitoba and a Master's of Science in Economic Geology from the University of British Columbia.



Cyndi D. Laval
Corporate Secretary

Ms. Laval is the Corporate Secretary of the Company and is a partner in Gowlings Lafleur Henderson LLP's Vancouver office. She practises corporate and securities law with particular emphasis on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions, and mining law.

Ms. Laval has been a member of the TSX Venture Exchange's Local Advisory Committee since 2006 and is currently a teacher of the TSX Venture Exchange Rules and Tools Corporate Governance Workshop. Previously she was head of the Vancouver Business Law Department and a member of the Vancouver Management Committee from 2007 to 2011. She is currently a member of the firm's National Partnership Admissions Subcommittee.



Michael Schmulian, B.Sc., MBA
Technical Manager – Advance Projects

Mr. Schmulian is a geologist with over 40 years of business and mining experience around the world. For the last 15 years, he has been based in Brazil. Mr. Schmulian was recently an Executive Director of ASX listed Mundo Minerals Ltd. and managed the development of Mundo's Engenho gold project in Minas Gerais state. Previous to this he was country manager for Western Mining and exploration manager for AngloGold.

Mr. Schmulian is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (F. Aus. IMM) and the former vice-president of ADIMB – the Brazilian Agency for Technological Development of the Mining Industry.
